Terms of Service
Draft for legal review. This is generic template text. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it. Last updated: [DD Month 2026].
These terms apply to use of tathyagrowth.com and to services provided by Tathya Global (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates the brand Tathya Growth and the website tathyagrowth.com (GSTIN: [GSTIN]; address: [Registered address]).
1. Services
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a proposal, quotation or invoice. That document and these terms together form our agreement.
2. Fees and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is charged as applicable.
- Retainers are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Ad spend, WhatsApp conversation charges and third-party tool fees are paid by the client directly or reimbursed, unless stated otherwise.
- Late payment may lead to services being paused.
3. Client responsibilities
You will provide accurate information, timely approvals and access to required accounts. You are responsible for your products, claims, pricing and legal compliance (including RERA, ASCI and consumer protection rules).
4. No guaranteed results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. Estimates and projections are not guarantees.
5. Third-party platforms
We use platforms such as Meta, Google, Shopify, WhatsApp API providers and shipping aggregators. Their policies, outages or account actions are outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, final deliverables made specifically for you belong to you. We keep rights to our tools, templates, methods and pre-existing material, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep each other’s non-public information confidential.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
Either party may end a monthly engagement with [15/30] days’ written notice, unless the proposal says otherwise. Fees for work done until termination remain payable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction.
